It's a program I know how to use from my days in university; it has remained fairly intuitive and when I need support there is a person who can easily walk me through the issue and if I have time they often help me learn more shortcuts. Because of the infrequency with which I need to use the software, I have limited knowledge and limited time to dedicate towards learning more; therefore, the value offered has not been fully realized.
