What do you like best about VECTORGURUS?

VectorGurus recreated my low-resolution logo as a clean, professional vector and provided all the file formats I needed. After being disappointed by freelancers who simply ran my logo through auto-trace software, I really appreciated their attention to detail, quick turnaround, and clear communication. What do you dislike about VECTORGURUS?
