I really like Vectera’s zero-download, browser-first meeting experience, which is perfect for our less-technical clients who struggle with installing standalone meeting software. The built-in co-browsing feature is fantastic; I can walk customers through our platform directly inside the call. I also appreciate being able to jot down shared notes during the session, which automatically attach to the client workspace. This eliminates the need to copy and paste content across different apps, significantly cutting down on tedious post-meeting admin work. The call recording, shared notes, and client hand-offs all consolidated in one workspace streamline my follow-up work after every customer consultation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Vectera’s notification system leaves a lot to be desired. When teammates join my client-focused meeting rooms, I often get delayed or missing alerts, so I’ve missed when colleagues hop in to assist on support calls. Its native reporting capabilities are also pretty limited. If I want to pull actionable metrics around client-session frequency or meeting durations, I have to export raw CSV data and parse it externally. I also occasionally run into minor lag during heavy co-browsing sessions when clients are on slower internet connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
