What do you like best about Vectera?

I appreciate Vectera's persistent meeting-room structure, which works particularly well for our fast-paced broadcast work at Midwest Signal Media Group. I keep everything from call recordings to reference clips and discussion notes in one dedicated room per sponsor client, eliminating the need to send new meeting links for follow-ups. This structure also makes it easy for attendees to revisit past feedback. Additionally, I value Vectera’s straightforward guest-invite controls, which allow me to send secure room links to external sponsors or freelance crews without requiring them to create full user accounts. Its built-in screen-sharing performs reliably, allowing us to walk through draft run-sheets and preview rough ad-spot cuts seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

Vectera falls short in several key areas for our fast-paced broadcast workflows at Midwest Signal Media Group. There is no native tagging system to tie meeting rooms to specific ad-campaign IDs or TV segment projects, making it harder to filter sessions for audit or review purposes. During busy live-stream pre-production calls with freelance crews, file uploads can lag with larger video preview clips. We also lack built-in reporting to track client-meeting activity. Since we have no in-house IT staff, I end up manually exporting notes and logs into spreadsheets, adding extra admin work right before our media deliverable approval deadlines.
