"Reliable Video Conferencing with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

I use Vectera primarily for secure, high-quality video meetings and virtual collaboration with clients and teammates. It lets me share my screen and co-edit documents in real-time, which is great for troubleshooting customer issues without juggling multiple apps. The one-click meeting link is a lifesaver, especially on a spotty home connection, as it helps me start a session without wasting time setting up calls. The built-in recording feature is excellent for capturing sessions for follow-ups and training. I also find the ability to sketch quick diagrams on the whiteboard really helpful for explaining complex processes in real time. Vectera's screen sharing makes walking customers through troubleshooting steps very straightforward. It's a fast, reliable tool for delivering clear support remotely, and its seamless integration with HubSpot and Zendesk greatly enhances our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

While the one-click link and screen sharing are solid, the platform sometimes lags on high-resolution video when my internet drops, which can interrupt a smooth walkthrough. I'd also appreciate more granular analytics on call duration and customer satisfaction directly within Vectera so I don't have to export data to another tool. When my bandwidth dips below three Mbps, the high-resolution video stream starts buffering, causing occasional freezes. I've noticed a stable lag in the screen sharing. A useful improvement would be adaptive settings that automatically lower the resolution during bandwidth drops, plus bandwidth usage indicators so I can quickly advise customers to switch to a lower video quality if needed.
