What do you like best about VD2?

The solution is straightforward and easy for everyone to understand. The team is available to me at any time, both during setup and ongoing operations. I receive feedback on open questions in the shortest possible time, and with my personal contacts, I always have a competent partner by my side. What do you dislike about VD2?

What problems is VD2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating a procedural documentation is extremely time-consuming. Legal jargon and complicated templates make the creation a very demanding and lengthy task. With VD2, I only have to answer a few questions and then receive my completed documentation with significantly less effort. Additionally, thanks to IKS, I always have an up-to-date version.
