The customer can have direct insight into the work through the management, can comment, and we can process everything directly. The audit mode for annual changes is brilliant. Overall, we save a lot of work and writing, as the AI assistant takes over a large part of the writing tasks. **What do you dislike about VD2?** Various small things still need to be adjusted, as the team is very open and implements requests, if possible, very quickly. **What problems is VD2 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since procedural documentation is legally required, and we offer this for our customers, and can represent it much faster and easier with VD2, our customers also save a lot of money. ### 2. The team is available to me at any time, both during setup and ongoing operations. I receive feedback on open questions in the shortest possible time, and with my personal contacts, I always have a competent partner by my side. The integration into other systems also works smoothly, which complements the application area very well. **What do you dislike about VD2?** No product is without flaws, however, nothing comes to mind spontaneously. **What problems is VD2 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a procedural documentation is extremely time-consuming. Legal jargon and complicated templates make the creation a very demanding and lengthy task. With VD2, I only have to answer a few questions and then receive my completed documentation with significantly less effort.
