What do you like best about vClerk?

i love how i can guide with either video chat or live chat my customer to complete the purchase without getting lost in the process, it's just like if the customers are really in the local Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vClerk?

there's nothing to dislike here, i mean the prices are fair there's a forever free plan, super easy just one-click installation, there's so many features that are yet to be used by me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is vClerk solving and how is that benefiting you?

vClerk have solved me many issues, one of them the confusion of customer that need to ask a question about tiny detail which they might not make them complete the purchase order, and being able to chat and guide them through the processes is really great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
