What do you like best about vcita?

Vcita has been one of the best decisions our service has made since we launched two years ago. We originally used a CRM through another provider but found this to be clunky, prone to glitches and updates eroding our settings without notice, and over-priced.

Vcita on the other hand has been fully customisable for our needs, is fast to load with a refined and easy to use GUI. Training staff on its use has been easy and we're able to fully manage the IT / administration of it in-house. Our clients feedback has been positive and it has revolutionised our operating model, saving our team time and reducing admin costs massively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vcita?
