"Outstanding Customer Support and a Transparent, User-Friendly Application"

What do you like best about VCC Live?

As a customer service team supervisor, I use the VCC application as an admin. Its interface is extremely user-friendly and transparent, making it easy to learn and operate. It includes a wide range of useful features for managers, and the reporting capabilities are excellent. We are very satisfied with VCC overall.

I would also like to highlight the outstanding customer support—especially the assistance provided by Barnabas Blenesi. He has supported me several times with various issues and questions. Barnabas doesn't just provide help; he thoroughly investigates every problem, conducts research, brainstorms, and never leaves a case unresolved—he keeps digging until a solution is found. He does all this with a polite attitude and impressively fast response times.

I truly appreciate having the opportunity to work with him whenever I have questions about the application. He is incredibly helpful and dedicates a significant amount of time and energy to solving any issue. What do you dislike about VCC Live?

We have one recurring common issue with VCC: sometimes the application doesn't open properly unless we right-click the VCC icon on the taskbar and select "Maximize." This issue occurs quite frequently and can be rather disruptive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VCC Live solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a manager, VCC is most helpful to me when it comes to reporting. I can see how many calls agents handle, whether there were any missed calls, when they logged into the system, how many breaks they took, and I can even listen back to call recordings.
