What do you like best about VBOUT?

I really value VBOUT's accessible, non-technical automation builder which suits our small team perfectly—no advanced marketing or coding knowledge is needed. The simple contact segmentation synced with CentralStationCRM is extremely useful for targeting our communication efficiently, allowing me to organize clients into specific groups effortlessly. Its lightweight post-event automation sequences are perfect for follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication without requiring aggressive sales tactics. Additionally, the built-in EU data residency and GDPR-compliance provide a secure way to handle our client correspondence, reducing extra compliance paperwork. Lastly, I find its integration with WebSTAT indispensable, as it helps streamline our lead handling process. The entire setup of VBOUT simplifies my core tasks of coordinating and following up on project meetings, making it an ideal fit for our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VBOUT?

First, there is no native two-way sync with our Batipi video conferencing tool. I have to manually copy each unique Batipi meeting link and paste it into VBOUT’s email templates every time I schedule a new project call. If I adjust a meeting time or regenerate a new conference link later, the pre-scheduled VBOUT reminder emails will still carry outdated information. Second, its reporting filters lack granular civil engineering-specific segmentation options. I can only pull basic open and click rates, but I cannot layer filters to view metrics grouped by project type such as road construction, residential renovation, or municipal public works.
