The alerts and the collections side have made the biggest difference. Vayu tells us in Slack when a customer crosses a tier or goes over their commitment, so we know right away instead of finding out at invoice time. The dunning flows took over the payment reminders I used to send by hand so that's a huge win. It also handles our pricing well. Each customer is billed on several usage metrics, some averaged, some summed and some based on the peak, with commitments and quarterly billing on top. Usage comes in through the API and lands on the invoice correctly. Our customers pay in different ways, so recording partial payments and applying credits is simple. The team ships quickly too with new features that make my work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product moves fast, so every now and then a new feature or a change in the interface takes a moment to get used to. It’s a good problem to have, and the team is always available in Slack if I have a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
