"Vayu: Flexible Multi-Entity Billing Backed by an Exceptional Customer Success Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Vayu?

What I like best about Vayu is the combination of a genuinely strong customer success team and a platform flexible enough to fit a multi-entity, cross-border setup like ours.

On the CS side, the team has been responsive, hands-on, and proactive from day one. Onboarding was smooth, questions are answered quickly, and they take the time to understand our specific billing flows instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all setup. When we needed adjustments, they treated it as a partnership rather than a support ticket, which makes a real difference for a fast-growing company.

On the product side, Vayu's ability to connect to different entity types and different local solutions is a major advantage. We operate with both a US entity and an Israeli entity, and Vayu supports both without forcing us into workarounds. The integration with local tools such as Morning in Israel is especially valuable: invoicing and billing stay compliant with local requirements while everything is still managed from one central place. This saves our finance and operations team a lot of manual work and reduces the risk of errors between systems.

Overall, Vayu gives us a scalable billing infrastructure that adapts to how our business actually works, backed by a team that genuinely cares about our success. I'd highly recommend it to any company managing billing across multiple entities or geographies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vayu?

There’s nothing significant I dislike so far. We’ve only been using Vayu for a relatively short time, so we’re still exploring the full platform. Everything has worked well up to now, and I’d be happy to update this review as our usage grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
