VaultPress and their support team have saved my bacon several times. I have over a dozen WordPress sites, and several years ago, my server was hacked. All of my sites came down. The only saving grace was that I had VaultPress installed and with help from their outstanding support team, I had some sites back up within hours. I remember one site which was rather large had difficulties in reloading it into the server, and the Customer Suppport team worked around-the-clock to help me get it back up and running.
