What do you like best about Vault Recruiting?

Destini was immediately responsive and helpful to a stranger. I loved how open she was to hear my story, knowledgeable about the R4R space given the overall recruiting environment, and she was down right fun. What do you dislike about Vault Recruiting?

Recommendations to others considering Vault Recruiting:

Please be open-minded and have a conversation. Agency recruiting gets placed into a box by people who place things in boxes. Be open and explore; the worst case is you don't land a job through Vault. Best case, you land a job, create a connection with someone who is boots on the ground to your next job, you learn and feel a little bit better. What problems is Vault Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?
