What do you like best about Vatix?

Vatix gives us full visibility into worker safety across our facilities management operations. A major strength is the customisable analytics dashboards, which allow us to easily configure tailored views relevant to our business needs, alongside strong in-event collaboration features for our team.

From a technical standpoint, Vatix integrates seamlessly via SSO, SCIM, REST APIs, and Webhooks. System performance consistently exceeds expectations, even while handling thousands of integrations daily.

My experience with the Vatix team and support has been overwhelmingly positive—they work collaboratively with us to adapt to our evolving enterprise needs. What do you dislike about Vatix?

The system meets all of our core safety and management needs very well. My only observation is that the AI tools still feel relatively new and are clearly evolving, so I’m looking forward to future updates that bring broader AI-driven features and deeper automation. What problems is Vatix solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s fair to say that Vatix has worked closely with me to build a digital health and safety management system. Naturally, there were a number of issues during the build and national rollout phase, which is to be expected with a project of this scale. What really stands out, though, is the proactive support I receive from my account manager and the product development team.
