I like that VAT IT US Sales Tax automates sales tax reporting and takes that burden off our table. It streamlines the complexity of submitting reports to different states, whether monthly or quarterly, and makes our life easier. I like the portal, where everything is listed and I can see reports, approve submissions, and view history; it is an efficient way to work. When issues arise with states, the team is knowledgeable and efficient at working them out. The team is nice and very supportive, and Timothy, our current representative as well as Jordan, help us a lot. Setup was quite fast and easy, with an onboarding process that streamlines the process and support through it. We integrate it with our sales and accounting platforms.
