I enjoy the ease of use and navigation, as well as the ability to customize and distribute documents, etc. while I don’t program the system, I do a lot of rep facing work and new hire training and I’m able to quickly and efficiently show our reps where to look for their data and how to review their payouts. That calculations can’t easily be moved year over year. I don’t love the amount of white space, these are picky things, but I also wish it was easier to build logic to distribute plan documents and other official docs… OH!! and an ability to search for documents across multiple work flows…I wish we could search all documents for a particular participant…rather than digging through individual workflows.
