It has basically everything you need, and does it well. We've been using it for about a year and a half, and it was a pretty smooth integration from our previous software.Vantaca also has very active customer support in case you run into any issues. They're constantly adding new features, and seem to genuinely listen to their customer base. It's also fairly stable, and doesn't break randomly whenever they have an update. There are only a few things I dislike, and they're all manageable. #1 is there is no back button; it's all a single webpage (which is a pro for some people, but a negative for me); I would love to be able to bookmark my favorite places to get back to them easily. It's also not as pretty looking as some other property management / accounting software; but it has a functional aesthetic. Everything else are minor workflow things we've either figured out ways around or Vantaca has fixed by adding features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
