VALT has given us the state of the art technology we needed to train new counselors. It does everything we need it to be able to do, and we are so happy to have this tool for working with our students. We also have loved working with the VALT staff. They are super helpful, and when I have had any technical issue, they have solved it within a few minutes. We also have made suggestions for the future, which they then built into subsequent upgrades. When we chose VALT, we reviewed a half dozen or so similar type companies, and none were able to do all that VALT offered for the price that they offer it. It is worth every penny we spend. When I give tours to new students, I get to highlight the equipment we have, and then also show them how we are able to put comments directly in videos, cut videos to make skills demonstration clips, use the bug in the ear tech for supervision, and just how easy it is to start and stop recordings (with multiple options for doing so).
