Scalability - service can easily grow as more of our customers enroll. The customer service post-implementation has been very solid, as well. ValidSoft has reached out multiple times after we've gone live to make sure their product is working well for us and if we have any questions. It's been a smooth rollout. There is not much that we "dislike" - I will say that trying to increase our enrollment rate has been difficult. We'd have really appreciated some assistance in how this has been marketed in the past, but not much was provided. Still working through this.
