My favorite thing about Valer is the team that builds and supports this tool. They welcome feedback and are continuously looking for ways to improve. They are agile, dynamic, and innovative. The engineers make changes as we ask them to. They are not a "one size fits all" company. The Valer team builds a tool to address your needs. If there are issues, I can go directly to the team and know that my concern is not lost somewhere in a customer support work queue. The tool was built to be intuitive and easy to train our front-end users on. They also have every different report you could possibly ask for when trying to analyze authorization data.
