We needed a brand new LMS, a complete overhaul of content and rollout out across North America in less than eight months. This was a major undertaking, and it was possible because of their support. The biggest thing I like about Valamis is that they want you to succeed. They do everything to make sure you are not overwhelmed. In terms of the actual product, it's crisp and easy to use. For us, the leaderboard is a game changer. Creating competition across the organization has driven adoption. The backend reporting is also first-class. Having a physical presence, for a couple of days, at the very start, would have helped. There was a lot to absorb, and although the onboarding was structured, I would have opted (had it been possible) to have a team come to the office for a couple of days. Our learners (mainly US students) want to be able to learn at their own pace, but also avail of live online, and live in the room sessions. Valamis facilitates all of this. The platform is also accessible on all devices. Through the leaderboard and backend reporting we can also drive student engagement.
