What do you like best about VAIRKKO?

The wide range of features gives our EMS agency the best platforms to operate from. Even though we have had the platform for quite a while, we are finding new ways to utilize the features better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VAIRKKO?

There are some features we would like to personalize. Unfortunately they are likely a more complicated coding issue rather than a simple change made on the user side. We understand this, but it would be nice to have those capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VAIRKKO solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been solving asset management issues by actually utilizing that platform and assigning equipment to units and personnel. We also recently began using the schedular for all of our scheduling needs, even those outside our core schedule—for example, special events, training, and event coverage.
