They all made me feel welcome and did their best to solve the problems quickly and effectively. Jin was especially kind and helpful. I recommend buying a **What do you dislike about V12?** Why do they sometimes take a while to respond and sometimes the app freezes a bit? It would be better if it didn't freeze anymore and if it took up a little less space. **What problems is V12 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now with it, I can watch my games with it. I'm not there because I only use it to watch the games. Yes, I can evaluate many more apps. But of course they have a no refund policy, maybe because most of their customers have issues and request refunds? Who knows. I worked with Briz in sales and found that much of what he promised me was unable to be delivered after my purchase. The app that he talked about unfortunately crashes and isnt able to function. When I called in the sales staff is aware the app doesn't function but says they cant do anything about it The customer service knows that they do not deliver what they promise their customers. Even after expressing all of my concerns and submitting multiple requests for change I found another website provider who can better meet my needs, dealercarsearch. **Recommendations to others considering V12:** Do not trust what they say, get everything in writing that was promised to you. Maybe call customer service first to speak with them rather than speaking with sales. **What problems is V12 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Attempting to automate some processes, did not feel the software worked for me. ### 3.
