What do you like best about Utility Billing in the cloud?

no pc software to install just need my internet browser so i can do the billing from home. fantastic. Also like that i don't need to do anything to add customers as they can sign up online and set themselves up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Utility Billing in the cloud?

What problems is Utility Billing in the cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

I spend so much less time doing billing. it used to take me sooo long now its a few buttons and the jobs done, all the invoices are ready and i send them off mostly by email. Now i'm making it my mission to get all the customers onto email bills and auto-pay and my life will be even more simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
