**What do you like best about UserWay?**

I install this on all websites that I develop. It is a very simple tool that's easy to set up, and makes a positive impact for a lot of people. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I wish there was more of a tiered pricing model, and the WordPress plugin isn't really needed if you know how to inject header code.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For compliance, and for making sure that everyone has a quality experience on webpages that we develop, this tool is a very easy step in the right direction for accessibility.

The USERWAY app allows our website to be accessible and with little effort involved, also the corrections info teaches me how to program later

User-friendly and easy to set up. This is the best accessibility widget on the market.

The fact that you have to pay additionally for PDF compliance. I think it would be good to create a package that includes this.

WCAG Compliance is the main benefit we use this plugin for.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

UserWay is intuitive and easy to use. It will point out issues it can't automatically resolve and include ways to resolve those. Remember you should always get your site as close as you can to the ADA compliance level you need. UserWay is easy to customize and the results are immediate.

I had to reach out to them regarding our GTM installation and the customer support was amazing and we have it resolved within minutes.

There isn't a downside to it. It's a great backup plan for an effective ADA strategy.

It's a great supplement for our ADA strategy. One of the big things we use it for is the contrast options.

The technical support of userway is much supportive. We faced some issues with our Single Page Application and userway guys guys supported us well to overcome the issue.

I dont think I have anything to dislike till now.

We installed userway to comply with accessibility options in the wesbite. It also gives an overview about website and some optimization helps.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

Userway's Accessibility Widget allowed us to add another layer of accessibility to our engagement website, so that users of all abilities to customize their experience. It was easy to implement and only took a moment. The customer support was great. Integrating it into the website was also easy. I like that there are reporting tools but those came at an extra cost. You can also choose which icon you want to display on your website and customize the colour so that it matches your site.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Because it's an overlay on a website, the settings don't reset when the cache is cleared. On public kiosks, once a person sets their preferred features, it doesn't reset. I'd prefer to have all of the analytics included in the base price instead of having to pay extra to find out if people are using the tool.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Accessibility Widget adds another layer of accessibility to our site, which is already compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Although our site is already accessible, the widget goes a few steps further to let website users customize their experience for what works best for them. That might mean increasing the font size or colour contrast or having the page read out to them. We want to make sure our users have a positive experience on the site and the widget helps to enhance that experience for those who need it. Our goal was to make sure the website was accessible to as many people as possible and the widget helps to achieve this goal.

It was so easy to implement on our website, along with the policies.  It gives our company the confidence we didn't have before when we were trying to correct all of the ADA violations in house.

There really hasn't been anything so far that I dislike.

UserWay is solving any of images not having proper alt tags and many other issues, we didn't even know we had.

UserWay is a solid solution for businesses that want to improve their website accessibility. Setup is easy and it provides detailed scanning and real-time monitoring to identify a wide range of accessibility issues.

UserWay license fees are a bit high. We have to price the widget with very thin margins in order to be competitive with other competing solutions.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

UserWay provides the proper tools to check your site, remediate some issues automatically, provide detailed reports on issues, and offer legal support for paid plans should you ever find yourself in a situtation where it is required. There are easy step by step instructions on how to integrate their widget onto your site no mater what platform you use to run your site. I recently had to contact support to transfer a subscription to a new shorter domain which our company acquired. Ben was fantastic and quickly got our subscription transfered to our new domain. Working for a holding company that was recently hit with an ADA lawsuit, we use UserWay on all of our websites across the company often to ensure we stay compliant as team members make site updates.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Some of the admin panel is a tad clunky and requires customer support to correct if you hit a managment edge case. Thankfully support is responsive and very helpful so all in all not a major dislike.

It allows web designers and developers who are unfamiliar with ADA compliance regulations know exactly how to fix compliance issues.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

UserWay brings the proper variation of accessibility tools so that the majority of visually challenged peers or those with various processing hurdles can get around sites easier. I especially like that the most important features are not hidden behind UserWay's paywall, because accessibility is a right, not a luxury people should struggle to afford.

Installing the widget was quick, easy, and everything went smoothly otherwise, which is also great, as you don't need specialists to struggle to implement it on a website.

Their customer support is quick and on point, too, big thanks for that.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I like the customizable aspect, although perhaps it could be a little more flexible to properly make the widget feel and look like it's part of the sites posted on. Integration could still have some work put in, but it's not a huge downside really. Being able to toggle and hide the widget out of the way after applying the settings and being able to use it frequently without it hindering anything makes up for the limited customizing options.

Our site's users get to spend a lot of time in front of screens filled with words to no end, so it's good to know that we can make their experience a bit easier or more pleasant by making it possible for them to improve the ease of reading/navigation of the site.

I have been using the UserWay widget for over a year now and am very appreciative of its functionality.  It is comforting to know that our users have an easy way to make our website easy to read and understand.  The widget is easy to find and use and includes a comprehensive suite of tools.  Recently, after an update, the widget started causing javascript errors on my website.  I reached out to support, really not expecting much to happen.  However, in just a few days, they had researched what was going on, fixed it and emailed me to let me know it should be functional now.  I was very impressed by their response, especially seeing as I am using the free version.

Great tech support which responds very quickly. Good pricing in comparison to other companies.
Customizable user flows for Scanner. The dashboard of the Scanner has a detailed A11y violation breakdown.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

The scanner dashboard is not as clear as I expected - e.g. I can not delete the URL if such was added for a specific domain. Also, I can not edit any of these. Same with domains - I can exclude them from the initial screen/active monitoring but I can not remove them. Also if I want to rename an inactive domain I have to first add it to the initial screen by setting it to be visible.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring of A11y - no need to setup E2E tests. It way faster and easier.

Fixing A11y violations with Widget - no need to spend resources by assigning A11y tasks for devs.

The only issue with this excellent product is the cost, and that is really high. You get to be billed for each domain.
