**What do you like best about UserVoice?**

Uservoice does a great job of taking the data and feedback and centralizing it and putting out easy to understand overviews such as its Monthly Contributor Insights. It's also very stable in the frequenecy it puts out the information.

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

It's a more complex system under the hood. There's a lot of information you need to understand and generate so that it can collect the most accurate feedback.

Uservoice is allowing our company to see overall insights and ask from our customers as to what they would like to see next in our product.

**What do you like best about UserVoice?**

The UserVoice platform was easy for us to implement, and we integrated it into our partner community to solicit feedback from our dealer partners on their usage of the suite of interconnected digital tools that my team builds and supports for them. 

It's also easy for our digital support product team to manage that feedback, demonstrating our responsiveness to their feedback and implementing enhancements that are driven by the highest votes on customer-generated ideas.

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

We would like to see greater reporting and analytics capabilities, perhaps with the option to feed key usage details into a data lake so that we can generate our own insights from the data using our own BI tools.

**What problems is UserVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The UserVoice system allows us with an easy way to capture ideas and feedback from a user population of 30,000 users. The ideas that are popular among our dealers bubble up to the top through voting, and we also use this feedback to spot trends with issues or bugs in our system, and to drive ongoing product development activity.

**What do you like best about UserVoice?**

UserVoice makes it easy to collect and organize requests from our users. My favorite feature is that CSMs can submit feedback on behalf of a user, so we always have a way to quantify a feature request with the accounts and users that want it. It's then incredibly easy to contact those users when we're working on that feature or need additional information in the process

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

So far, nothing - we've had it for quite a while, and I haven't found anything I dislike. I wish I were using some of the features more, but that's entirely on me; they provided the enablement.

1. Tracking feature requests, including which organizations requested it and which users at that organization
2. Updating users when a feature they requested is under investigation, being worked on, or deployed

UserVoice provides an intuitive platform for collecting, organizing, and prioritizing customer feedback. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy for both customers and our internal teams to submit and track ideas. I especially appreciate the reporting tools, which give clear insights into customer needs and help us make informed product decisions. The ability to close the feedback loop by showing users the progress of their ideas has significantly increased user engagement and satisfaction.

While the platform is excellent overall, some advanced features require a learning curve for new users. I also feel that the customization options for reporting could be more robust to tailor reports more precisely to our needs. Lastly, the pricing might be a bit high for smaller organizations, but the value provided makes it worthwhile.

UserVoice helps us efficiently gather and organize customer feedback in one place. It’s easy to use and makes it simple to collect feedback and focus on what matters most. The real-time updates and ability to respond to users make it feel like you’re really listening. If you’re serious about building products with user input, it’s definitely worth a try.

The UI looks a bit dated, but the value is still there.

I appreciate its user-friendly interface and how seamlessly ideas flow through the platform. Additionally, I find the features for sharing ideas with internal stakeholders particularly useful, as they allow sharing links with or without requiring a login.

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

I dislike that it doesn’t effectively address the traceability of ideas that have been incorporated into a product roadmap. Additionally, it lacks integration with roadmap or development tools (or at least, I’m not aware if this feature is currently available in UserVoice).

I use UserVoice to log the ideas from customers, so we can measure how many customers require that feature to prioritize it in the roadmap or not.

User voice provide a user interface with clear objective of getting a proper feedback for the product and getting the issues resolved faced by customers.

From my experience with Uservoice, customers are not able to attach the few files when asking a query.

Uservoice provides a platform for us to connect with the user problems. It gives a proper feedback of the product and help us fix the issues faced by the users. The best part is that we can update the status of the issue so that the user is also updated of the progress.

Uservoice is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those with limited technical experience. Appreciate the wide range of features offered including feedback collection, idea management, community building and reporting. Praise to the customer support for supportiveness and helpfulness. It's easy to integrate and easy to implement.

though there is some complexity of some of its advanced features and some occasional technical issues. It can likely happen to let us the issues better and help resolve for the future.

It allows to collect feedback through various channels, including suggestion boxes, surveys and in-app widgests.

As a CSM I enjoy how the UserVoice chrome extension allows me to submit customer product feedback directly within my workflow.

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

While the feedback entry workflow is straight forward and seamless, I can't speak to the admin work of sorting feedback submissions on the backend.

UserVoice centralizes the process of submitting valuable customer feedback on our product. Much easier to stay up to date on feedback I've submitted and previous submissions when it's all in one place.

Easy to Integrate: Our Development team shared that UserVoice has the best development documentation they've seen yet.
Product Fact Base: UserVoice is part of our collective fact baes that allows us to make decisions around what to prioritize for our products. 
Effective Processes Make it Sing: What I like about UserVoice is that, when you have the right processes around it, it no longer feels like a blackbox where ideas go to die. In fact, many of our clients have shared on our G2 page that we listen to clients and hear their needs and take action since implementing UserVoice. 
Great Team: I've had an opportunity to connect with the UserVoice product team on ideas they are working on to give suggestions, test ideas, and I appreciate that this engagement and excellence extends not just to their Product Management team but also to their support and implementation approach as well.

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

There are some limitations to the filtering of views that would be helpful; however, this is something the team is looking into and they are listening to the feedback!

**What problems is UserVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing UserVoice, ideas are delivered to the product team in an inconsistent manner and can get lost in the shuffle. This made it feel like the team wasn't listening and that sharing ideas for improvement was a waste of time. With UserVoice, clients and employee ideas are delivered to their respective product team and progressed through a process in an easy to use manner and they know what to expect of us.

There is enough automation to make my life easy, but the product remains simple and effective at doing it's base job - collecting votes and feedback. I have loved the support I have recieved from my CSM.

I would love to manipulate my data in the UV platform a bit more. I still tend to collect the numbers from UV, export the data into excel, and manipulate and prioritize from there.

**What do you like best about UserVoice?**

The voting feature makes it easy to decide how to prioritize the implementation since we receive quite a handful of feature requests every day. With UserVoice, we can submit our own proposals and check the other ones as well and give our vote if we agree to it. We also avoid submitting duplicate requests to our team since we can quickly determine whether the idea has been raised.

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

Honestly, using UserVoice for what it is intended is enough for us already. I cannot see the downside as we greatly benefit from them based on our own use case.

**What problems is UserVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients send us to feature requests about our products, and we receive quite a lot. UserVoice helps us vote on those ideas and create a system without creating duplicate submissions. This saves us time and allows us to vote on the features we think should be prioritized. Streamlining the process makes the features ship faster, and we can deliver them to our clients as soon as we can.

**What do you like best about UserVoice?**

UserVoice helps me organize and keep track of my tickets. It keeps me on task. I can also respond back to the sender or collaborate on tickets with other developers, as well. It offers plenty of tools to handle a ticketing queue but is easy to navigate and use. I worked for a place once that used Jira for ticketing and we were constantly having issues with it. I haven't heard of any issues coming from using UserVoice and I like that it has a knowledge base for archival purposes, as well.

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

The login process can be a bit wonky, sometimes (probably my system) and the way the screens go horizontal instead of vertical is something to get used to. I did find it hard to find archived or finished tickets that I could go back and look at, but it's been rare when I've had to do that.

**What problems is UserVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserVoice keeps tickets, help requests, development requests, etc. that require a "back-and-forth" out of my e-mail box. I like that it keeps projects organized and that there is one ticket for the amount of activity that happens with solving a ticket.

**What do you like best about UserVoice?**

My favorite thing about UserVoice is the contributor console. It is SO easy to write out and enumerate a feature request and submit it quickly--when you have a really robust product with lots of features, there can be so many feature requests coming from all directions that it's tough for a product team to see how all of these things fit into a roadmap. But UserVoice makes it really easy to collect all these ideas and collate them so that they're digestible and impactful, getting the most important feedback where it needs to go!

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

It would be really helpful if UserVoice had an internal tool for better organization and collation of feature request submissions. Submissions with similar language could be the same idea suggested by many people, so to avoid time wasted sifting through all the contributions to find common threads, there should be a way to automate this!

**What problems is UserVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uservoice is providing a simple solution to the issue of having a customer-facing product and not enough ways to capture customer feedback about that product. With UV, we can see what needs to be improved!

We no longer need to use Google form to get customer feedback/requests. It has a salesforce and Zendesk widget that allows Sales & Support to quickly share feedback from companies and share it directly with the product teams. Love how UserVoice can sync important data from Salesforce to help prioritize the request.

As an admin, in the admin console, there are times when data loading would take a long while to load.

Uservoice pulling data from Zendesk and Salesforce helped decision-making. Also, the integrations with JIRA helped sync ideas and tasks.

**What do you like best about UserVoice?**

Excellent tool to receive and categorise customer and end-user feedback., It offers an intuitive and excellent user interface, various insights into collected feedback, and reports for executives. It helps define product roadmap and features and is a great tool to collaborate among multiple stakeholders on user feedback, manage votes and stake rank based on votes received etc. Overall superb tool for anyone looking out for surveys, feedback, roadmap, user voice etc.

**What do you dislike about UserVoice?**

Better integration capability with Rally and Jira.Automatic mapping based on some keywords in feedback etc. The rest looks fine.

**What problems is UserVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this for our product end-user feedback collection and product roadmap based on that. We also generate reports to get Qualitative and quantitative insights from this and present the same to our executive. It is integrated as a "Make a Wish" in our product.

This is ~failry customizable and it's important to make sure teams across the company are aligned on how the product needs to be used to be most effective! This is not a dislike, but an important note.

The ease of logging ideas and connecting them with existing ideas saves a lot of time when providing customer feedback to product. I've used Aha! before and I liked that too but find myself using Uservocie so much more because of how simple and quick it is to log feedback.

The gmail plugin is definitely really useful when it works as expected but can be a bit sticky sometimes when it comes to logging in and could be a bit clearer and cleaner in terms of design and layout.

As a customer success manager, it is super helpful to be able to provide one place for customers to put their product feedback and requests. It is easier than customers sending to CS and CS to enter. CS still does this with UserVoice, but less often.

I wish it was easier for our clients to make accounts. Typically we send our link for feedback, but if the account is not already made for the individual, it slows down the process. We then have to ask product to create accounts which isn't great for the customer experience.

Customers always have feedback and it is great to have that in one place where product can see the monetary impact and customer impact of feedback. It is better to know multiple customers want feedback instead of just one "loud" customer.

I've used several different ticket platforms (which we primarily use UV for now) over the years, and I find many of them love to overcomplicate their features, and they become frustrating to work with. UV does exactly what we need it to in an efficient manner with a clean UI and overall good experience.

Sometimes it can be a bit slow when using canned responses to tickets; otherwise, I don't have any significant issues with it.

UserVoice makes it easy to learn more from your customers because the feedback button is easily accessible and the sign-on is seamless with SSO. Not only can I see what customers want I can quickly and easily message them right from UserVoice to learn more. It's been a fantastic tool for validating ideas and learning what customers need.

The integrations with our CRM and the side bar. It makes submitting feedback so fast! I love Uservoice. As a CSM product requests used to eat so much time out of my day, and often times I would just never submit it. With UserVoice it takes seconds and I can track where my requests are at and subscribe my customers to alerts so I dont have to keep track of all of them manually.

The Chrom extension is okay - at times the email address identification from emails doesn't work and I wish you could view the UV request in a separate window before you actually log the request on behalf  a client.
