What do you like best about UserTesting?

So you want insights and you want them fast, UserTesting can do that. If you want unmoderated and moderated options, UserTesting can do that too. If you want something that you can use alongside your existing tooling, guess what, UserTesting can do that.

It's a one-stop shop in the best possible way. Is it cheap, not particularly; but you get what you pay for, and in this case you get quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserTesting?

No matter how hard you try, occasionally you'll get a bad egg come through. Is that UserTesting's fault? No, but it's still frustrating! I suppose I could be that guy and say that I would like a dark mode, maybe there is one and I just haven't seen it? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've used UserTesting in three of the four companies I've worked with, and I've been using the tool since before the pandemic. During the lockdowns it came into it's own with the ability to connect to people anywhere and at any time.
