I find it frustrating that UserTesting does not consistently allow me to participate in studies, especially since I am from India and they state that participants are accepted from every region. It's disappointing to encounter repeated login issues that prevent me from participating because there are seemingly enough respondents already. I wish I had more control over how I code in UserTesting and the ability to save quotes directly within the app. The current functionality doesn't allow for this, or I don't understand how to do it, and I find myself missing features like those offered by Dovetail, which our organization doesn't have access to. It's really easy to set up a test and generally we have great quality users who take the time to answer questions thoughtfully and insightfully. It allows me to upload a prototype, point to a URL or upload an image which I then ask people to comment on.
