What do you like best about UserTesting?

What I like best about UserTesting is the opportunity to share my honest opinions and provide feedback that can help companies improve their products and services. What do you dislike about UserTesting?

Sometimes there aren’t enough tests available, and it can be frustrating to spend time screening for opportunities without qualifying. Other than that, I enjoy the experience and the opportunity to share my feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?

UserTesting gives companies a better understanding of what customers actually think and experience when using their products and services. For me, it provides an opportunity to share my opinions, try new products and websites, and earn extra money while knowing my feedback can help businesses improve.
