UserTesting helps me find users to try our apps and give detailed feedback. I like that I can set up a test in a few minutes and get users’ feedback almost immediately, along with a video of them using the app and sharing their thoughts. Sometimes the users who test are perfect and amazing, but sometimes they don't make the same effort or are less familiar with the app's domain. UserTesting is also quite expensive, and I would love for it to be cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
