"Userpilot is AMAZING"

What do you like best about Userpilot?

Their UI is so intuitive and easy to use but at the same time it's really powerful. You can customize your experience, segment your users, measure NPS, track each experience's effectiveness by setting goals. Setting up experiences is just point and click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

Nothing so far, I needed help learning the ropes and had someone on support hop on a screenshare with me within 10 minutes. He was fast, sharp, and very knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Userpilot:

We evaluated them and Pendo. We chose them because the user experience with them is better and we can use another tool that specializes in product analytics for that portion. Pendo does "everything'' but both its analytics and user guide/tooltips capabilities were not as robust as Userpilot combined with the other analytics tool we chose.
