What do you like best about Userpilot?

It's not just for user onboarding, but we also use it for our own product announcements. It helps our engineering team to understand if there are any bugs or just session replays. That saves a lot of back and forth and makes bugs much easier to reproduce. Having onboarding, announcements, and session replays in one tool means product, CS, and engineering all work from the same view of what users are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

Nothing major to report yet. We did have a situation some time ago where we had a surge of API calls coming from the app but we contacted support about it and they were really helpful to solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a RevOps person, I connect it to other tools to ensure a smooth process for people who want to learn more about our products and can book time with a CSM or AE. It also helps our engineering team.
