What do you like best about Usermaven?

We switched to Usermaven after trying a few other attribution tools, including Cometly and the biggest difference was that we finally had attribution data we could actually trust. Onboarding and support is 10/10, really appreciate the quick support.

We opt for Usermaven for its multi-touch attribution capabilities, and we are happy with it so far.

The real time reporting and AI features offered by Usermaven helped us react much faster. We were able to shift budget toward campaigns that were actually influencing conversions, which improved our ROAS by around 21% and marketing ROI by roughly 15% over the next few months. The dashboard is straightforward, very simple and easy to use. The tool has great potential.

What do you dislike about Usermaven?

We haven't run into any major issues so far. The platform has been working well for our use case, and the team has been responsive whenever we've needed help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Usermaven solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we had data spread across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4, but tying everything back to revenue was the hard part. We tried a few attribution tools as well, but the reporting never gave us enough confidence to make budget decisions. Pulling data from multiple platforms and trying to piece the customer journey together was time consuming, and the attribution often didn't add up.

With Usermaven, we finally have a single view of how our campaigns contribute to revenue across channels. Having multi touch attribution (they offer paid ad attribution as well) has made it much easier to measure ROAS and ROI, identify which campaigns are driving maxium output, and allocate budget with confidence instead of relying on assumptions.
