I love Userlytics because the platform is easy to use and they have a fantastic database of testers that align with our personas. The Userlytics staff is incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive, making sure we're getting the most out of our credits. We've been able to curate moderated tests with their assistance. I also really enjoy the AI features added to aid analysis. Over time, they have continuously added new features that enhance and simplify the tool's use. And thank you as well for mentioning the earlier experience with the Bring Your Own Participant feature. We’re currently continuing to improve and streamline that workflow to make it more intuitive and easier for end users to join studies with minimal friction.
