"Budget-Friendly Onboarding & Survey Tool with Robust Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Userflow?

I really like the onboarding checklist in Userflow because it gives users a starting place without any in-person handholding. It helps them know exactly what to do when they start with our platform. The surveys (which you can link to event-based triggers) are great too because they allow me to get feedback from members right when they do something important. I love Userflow's resource center and their AI assistant, which is trained on my knowledge base and is super helpful for answering customer questions. The in-product AI assistant has dramatically reduced our support case load, and members love it because they get immediate assistance. The initial setup was super easy, taking my developer less than an hour to link it up to our product. I also appreciate their analytics; even though we primarily use Mixpanel for the rest of our platform, I do like using their analytics for reviewing flow performance. Userflow's HubSpot and Mixpanel integrations make my life a lot easier. Overall, when I was originally reviewing other similar platforms, I came to the conclusion that Userflow is the best budget option for smaller companies like ours, and years later, I stand by that choice. Userflow has absolutely exceeded my expectations and I have been very happy with their service and product improvements over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userflow?

I feel that some of the survey options in Userflow could use a little bit more flexibility (like a ranking question type and an easier way to do logic branching). But, honestly, overall, it's pretty good. I use it as my primary in-product survey tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
