What do you like best about UserEvidence?

I like that UserEvidence allows us to capture customer proof at scale, and that we can also find our most engaged customers who may be willing to advocate for us and work with us in other ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserEvidence?

I dislike some of the platform limitations, such as the inability to edit surveys after we generate the live link, and the lack of a seamless integration into Highspot for our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserEvidence solving and how is that benefiting you?

UserEvidence solves the problem of finding and generating agile customer proof. This allows us to prove the value of working with our company and contribute verified, validated customer proof to the organization and to the web to influence our external visibility. Hi there! Love hearing that we're helping you scale your customer proof engine, and thank you for your feedback. We've just rolled out the ability to edit surveys after the survey has gone live, which I hope will make your experience in the platform smoother.
