"Centralized Consent Management with Helpful Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Usercentrics?

What I like about Usercentrics is that it provides a useful way to organize a website’s user content and privacy settings in one place. I find it helpful for managing users’ consent preferences and configuring how different tracking technologies behave based on those preferences. This matters for teams that depend on reliable data collection, since tracking activities need to comply with applicable consent requirements. The centralized dashboard also offers a more systematic way to review and adjust configurations, instead of relying only on individual tools and manual processes. In addition, the integration options can be useful for connecting content management with existing analytics workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

Early configuration can take time, especially when you’re working with multiple tracking services, custom consent requirements, or more advanced integrations. Some settings need to be configured carefully, and tracking down the right documentation for a specific implementation can take longer than expected. More guided setup for complex configurations, along with clearer explanations of how different settings affect tracking activities, would be helpful. It would also be useful to have better ways to review and understand configuration changes, as well as more flexible reporting features, to make the platform more convenient for teams managing data-based workflows. Response from Sayeh Afshar of Usercentrics

Thank you for the thorough review. It’s good to hear that having consent preferences and tracking behavior managed from one dashboard gives your team a more systematic way to review and adjust configurations, and that the integration options help connect consent settings with your existing analytics workflows. For teams that rely on dependable data collection, a clear link between visitor preferences and how tracking tools behave is a meaningful part of the picture.

We also appreciate your feedback on the early configuration experience. More guided setup for complex cases, clearer explanations of how settings affect tracking, and better visibility into configuration changes and reporting are all points we’ve noted.

Kind regards,

The Usercentrics Team
