What do you like best about Usercentrics?

Usercentrics takes my consent management to my web applications off of the ground rather than requiring me to put everything into it from scratch. I utilize the consent banner setup and integration capabilities to coordinate tracking scripts with user-preferred customizations. The UI is manageable on a day-to-day basis, and the centralized consent controls allow me to cut down on extra code, mindful of privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

I feel the pricing is a little tricky to judge when the website becomes more complex so the cost implications of features need to be considered carefully. The AI dashboard guidance is there though if it could provide more troubleshooting advice relevant to custom scripts or integrations then this would be a useful feature. What problems is Usercentrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Usercentrics makes it easy for me to centralize consent preferences and sync tracking scripts for multiple web applications without having to develop an entirely custom implementation. If it is configured correctly, it allows me to standardize how my website handles consent while limiting excessive tracking that may be detrimental to performance.
