"All-in-One Consent Management with Structured Workflows and Helpful Website Scanning"
4/5
What do you like best about Usercentrics?

What I like most about Usercentrics is how it brings different consent-management tasks together in a single workspace. From a project coordination standpoint, being able to manage cookie information, consent settings, and banner configuration all in one place makes the overall process easier to understand, follow, and keep track of. The website scanning feature is also valuable because it helps surface services that might need attention. I also appreciate the ability to tailor consent messages for different audiences, which makes communication clearer. Overall, it’s much easier to handle routine privacy-related tasks through a structured workflow instead of relying on scattered, manual checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

The initial setup could be more straightforward, especially when requirements go beyond a standard configuration. Customizing banner layouts and navigating the more advanced settings can take extra effort at times. The documentation would benefit from more practical, step-by-step examples so users can quickly understand what each setting does during configuration. In addition, clearer guidance on how to manually verify or categorize items flagged through automatic scans would be helpful. Improvements in these areas would make the overall implementation process smoother and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sayeh Afsharshandiz of Usercentrics

Hello Benjamin,

Thank you for the detailed review. It’s good to hear that having cookie information, consent settings, and banner configuration in one workspace makes the process easier to follow from a project coordination standpoint, and that the website scanning helps surface services that need a closer look.

We also appreciate your feedback on the setup experience. Your point about clearer guidance for manually verifying or categorizing items flagged by automatic scans is well noted.

Thanks for sharing such a thorough perspective on how Usercentrics fits into your workflow.

Kind regards,

The Usercentrics Team
