What do you like best about UserBit?

It's a highly integrated platform that has the ability to keep all of the user data organized.

The insights tool is amazing--it just automatically generates insights from the survey. The information that it provides is incredibly useful for me when it comes to conducting follow-up interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserBit?

Nothing for now.

I know I shouldn't complain about the price, but I was wondering if there might be a free version available for students who registered using their institutional emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to analyze data from different recourses such as surveys and interviews. And we have a research team that is working on this together. Userbit helps with this extensive research while also keeping clear each team member's role, schedules, and so on. It's really time- and energy-saving when doing a collaborative project like this.
