What do you like best about User Registration & Membership?

This plugin offers more features in its free tier than many other membership plugins provide in their premium versions. It includes a straightforward user registration process and supports tiered memberships, all available without needing to upgrade. The membership interface is designed so that subscribers do not have access to the WordPress menus; instead, they can manage their profiles entirely from a dedicated page.

What do you dislike about User Registration & Membership?

There isn't really anything I dislike about this plugin. While the setup process does require some time, it actually provides the opportunity for customization, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is User Registration & Membership solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have hesitated to enable user registration due to security concerns with the default WordPress option. However, I want to encourage comments and interaction on my website's posts. At the same time, I aim to limit membership to individuals who will contribute meaningfully and keep out spammers. The membership profile feature lets me gather verifiable information from applicants before approving new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
