What problems is User Profiles for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira is a fantastic tool to use when you have a big project and/or task that requires a multitude of users working in unison. Because you have the ability to tag them using their existing Microsoft ID, you can bring to people's attention any item that is assigned, outstanding or simply new tasks. Jira sends automated emails every time a user is assigned to a task, but you can also access its dashboard where every task is managed by the individual user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
