What do you like best about User Interviews?

I liked the opportunity to apply for as many studies as possible. Typically I'm paid the same day at the latest 24 hours after the study takes place. Everyone is super friendly and thoughtful. If I ever need to reschedule or change my time, the user is very accommodating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about User Interviews?

Often times it's challenging to sign up for a timeslot once you're accepted for a study. I've tried to sign up for a study within minutes of receiving a text-only to find out it's completely booked. Sometimes I receive studies that aren't relevant to me. I might have to adjust my settings to fix this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is User Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting paid via Amazon gift cards or Paypal is always a plus! As I mentioned earlier everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I also like meeting people with similar backgrounds and experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
