origianlly there was a lack of branding for features like "upish" and "ubreach" but after a recent update we can now brand those as whatever we like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about usecure?

I like the courses it sends to staff monthly, as staff training on cyber security and potential threats are very important, the training is also not boring and is done in a way that anyone could understand. It's good in checking how up to date staff are in taking part of the training. Another great feature is that it allows you to create fake phishing emails as a test. What do you dislike about usecure?

The only feedback I've had from staff is that they've noticed the training courses aren't the same each time a new one goes out, so sometimes they may feel they have missed out on some of the courses others have taken and not know the same information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, fast, and great value, just a few tweaks away from perfection"

What do you like best about usecure?

This platform is straightforward and lightweight, making setup incredibly fast. Compared to other options, it is also very cost-effective. The courses themselves are easy to follow, and you have the flexibility to create your own. The course library stands out for its quality, there are plenty of courses available, but not so many that it becomes overwhelming to navigate. The phishing templates are particularly impressive, well-designed, and even available in Italian, which is quite uncommon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

Some features are a bit unintuitive (like auto-enroll), and it’s missing a few extra touches that could make the product truly outstanding. The fact that in order to distribute them unanimously or automatically, I have to select individual users and then remember the exact names of the courses is a bit annoying, but absolutely not invalidating. What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?

usecure helps address one of the biggest weaknesses in cybersecurity — human error. It solves the problem of employees accidentally introducing risks through phishing, weak passwords, or poor security habits. The platform automates security awareness training and phishing simulations, which means our team continually improves their awareness without extra management effort.

For us, the main benefits are consistency, automation, and visibility. usecure runs engaging micro-trainings that keep our staff informed without disrupting their day-to-day work. The phishing simulations give us real data on how well our team is responding to potential threats, and the reporting tools make it easy to track improvement over time.

They have added some new functionality around policies that would be useful for companies without that functionality. Also moving to video pbased training has made them more engaging. What do you like best about usecure?

I find setting up usecure to be easy enough, especially with the help provided and the fantastic account manager support. I love the abundance of helpful articles that make the process smooth. The trainer modules on information security are really good; they're light-hearted yet deliver a clear message effectively. I appreciate the phishing email program for its fantastic impact on training our staff to be vigilant against email threats. The content is excellent, and the pricing is very good. ease of use for feature level, we use the system for distribution of policies, phishing simulations and user micro learnings. Whilst the technical depth of the courses is not as detailed as I would like, actually from a base level end user perspective it is probably just about right. usecure provides a holistic approach to human risk management, bundling user awareness training, policy management, phishing simulation and breach notificaton into one. The training videos utilise animation instead of realistic simulations. This is fine for some but for other, may not be their cup of tea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The User Awareness Training platform is what drove towards usecure. After the initial configuration and first phishing simulation, it was clear our users were in dire need for security training.
