Lovew the videos especially featuring cyberto they are fun and interactive for users. The team are easy to deal with and take feedback/suggestions very seriously. the few times i have needed asistance they have been very helpful. The guides are very detailed meaning the reason to contact there support isnt often needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dislikes is difficult as there isn't much it can't do. A minor improvemnt i ould like is when it comes to the policy side of things integrating tick boxes or Y/N boxes on questionairs would be brilliant.
my only other improvment would be making it easier to assign training to users giving a all option and indervidual Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
