We canceled the subscription, and despite that, they continue to charge us monthly. We have repeatedly complained, and they do not respond. **What do you dislike about useArtemis?** They are pirates and thieves. They charge despite having canceled the service. We had to cancel the card to avoid new charges. **What problems is useArtemis solving and how is that benefiting you?** It doesn't contribute anything ### 2. The lack of support, and cloak and daggers in the way they treat their customers is appaling. **What do you dislike about useArtemis?** I paid for their early supporter LTD, but within a month of purchasing, they deleted my account and never provided a refund. I have since contacted support, but they refuse to help. **What problems is useArtemis solving and how is that benefiting you?** none. They are causing problems. ### 3. I was under the impression that I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued, which I only noticed recently when reviewing my bank statement. I’ve since tried reaching out to customer support multiple times without success. As a result, I now feel like my only option is to address this issue publicly, as they have not responded to my emails or chatbot inquiries. It’s really disappointing because I would have preferred not to have to voice these concerns in public, but the poor platform experience and lack of customer support have left me with no choice. **What do you dislike about useArtemis?** The non existent customer service was what I disliked the most. If anyone has the same issue and can recommend a way to reach them, I'd love to connect. **What problems is useArtemis solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does help finding new leads. ### 4. That's all. It is extremely limited, especially compared to its competition. **What do you dislike about useArtemis?** Little by little, they have been removing key features (such as the scrapping function), as well as blocking most things within the app. I can't practically do anything after having believed and invested in the platform since the beginning. **What problems is useArtemis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially, I thought it would help me get a database of leads thanks to its scrapping function. It no longer exists. They created some kind of integration with the Apollo search engine, but I can't use it unless I pay more. ### 5. It was marketed as a B2B lead finding tool and that's no longer doable with my LTD plan. **What do you dislike about useArtemis?** The fact that they removed all features we paid for on the LTD plan with zero communication or compensation. **What problems is useArtemis solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool is no longer the same so not sure what to write here. ### 7. Shady move, and the support no longer responds, the application has become unusable. **What do you dislike about useArtemis?** No more database available, the LTD is unusable. **What problems is useArtemis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding leads and potential clients has never been such a simple task. When using other software, I had an issue with the reliability of the emails. ### 8.
