I like how responsive US Global Mail is. When I have a question, I can reach out to them directly and get a very fast response. They have AI-enabled customer service, which is really great. Their process for scanning packages is very intuitive and delivers results the same day. It's relatively inexpensive to have the content scanned, which allows me to decide whether it makes sense to ship it, saving me money and time. The company has been very intuitive for me to use, and I've been able to receive mail while living outside of the United States. The initial setup was very straightforward, just involving the filing of the necessary forms and initial payment, and I've been with the company for nine years.
