The day-to-day operation is consistent, reliable and trustworthy, and navigating the site took only a short time to acclimate. The regular activites are easy to perform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the past 19 years there have been new upgrades and enhancements, which, at the end of the day are appreciated. The only thing that has been a cause for concern is that, as they implement these improvements, they are not always announced in advance.

The thing that is really an issue is the implementation of AI/bots to do initial communication and replies to users.

I do not appreciate when the response content indicates that the responder(AI) actually does not understand me. In a recent interaction, it was only after several automated (MILO) emails that an actual live person (I think) actually addressed my issue. Proof that a live human is still more effective than the bot.

All that being said, I should repeat my overall positive experience with USGM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
